Directions for Vremena Goda hotel

To Vremena Goda by public transport

You should get to the 3Arbatskaya, 9Borovitskaya or 1Biblioteka Imeni Lenina metro station (this is the main central transport hub of the Moscow Metro).

  • From Sheremetyevo airport (see metro route):
    1. Aeroexpress to 2Belorusskaya (take the Green line, not Circle line).
    2. Two stops southbound to 2Tverskaya.
    3. Change to 9Chekhovskaya (go right after leaving the train).
    4. One stop southbound to 9Borovitskaya.
    5. Take Exit 6 (which is the only exit from the station you are at). After exiting the glass metro doors outside, turn left; at the intersection, turn left again and walk along Vozdvizhenka street, passing the Russian State Library on your left (the Kremlin will be behind you). Then cross Vozdvizhenka street via the underground pass, walk to the Bolshoi Kislovsky lane. The hotel will be the second building to your left (the first is Institute of Linguistics RAS). The entrance door is behind the turnpike. Walking route from 9Borovitskaya:
  • From Domodedovo airport (see metro route)
    1. Aeroexpress to 2Paveletskaya (take the Green line, not Circle line).
    2. Two stops northbound to 2Teatral’naya.
    3. Change to 3Ploshchadʼ Revolyutsii (at the centre of the platform).
    4. One stop westbound to 3Arbatskaya.
    5. Take Exit 7 (which is the only exit from the station you are at). Go straight after exiting the glass metro doors. You will be on Vozdvizhenka street. Turn right and walk along Vozdvizhenka towards the Kremlin (which you will see in the distance). Then cross Vozdvizhenka street via the underground pass, walk to the Bolshoi Kislovsky lane. The hotel will be the second building to your left (the first is Institute of Linguistics RAS). The entrance door is behind the turnpike. Walking route from 3Arbatskaya:
  • From Vnukovo airport (see metro route)
    1. Aeroexpress to 3Kievskaya (take the Blue line, not Light Blue or Circle line).
    2. Take two stops southbound to 3Arbatskaya.
    3. Take Exit 7 (there is only one exit if you don’t change stations). Go straight after exiting the glass metro doors. You will be on Vozdvizhenka street. Turn right and walk along Vozdvizhenka towards the Kremlin (which you will see in the distance). Then cross Vozdvizhenka street via the underground pass, walk to the Bolshoi Kislovsky lane. The hotel will be the second building to your left (the first is Institute of Linguistics RAS). The entrance door is behind the turnpike. See walking route above.

From Vremena Goda to the venue

The venue is within 10 min. walking distance. The most pleasant route is to turn left after the turnpike and follow the Bolshoi Kislovsky lane away from Vozdvizhenka toward Bolshaya Nikitskaya street. As soon as you reach Bolshaya Nikitskaya (which will be the first major two-way street on your path), turn right (you will see the Manège and Kremlin in front) and walk to the end of the street. Turn left, and the first building will be IAAS MSU. Enter the gate through the fence, and enter the building through the main entrance. There will be signs pointing to the conference location.
